Yoghurt Watermelon Smoothie is a pink coloured, thick, tasteful, healthy drink. It is a curd based dairy shake. The bright pink colour, frothy texture and sweet aroma of the shake is appealing to anyone. It is a combination of the goodness of curd (Dahi) and watermelon.

Yogurt Watermelon Honey Smoothie-watermelon

Ingredients used (For preparing 1 cup of shake)

  1. Watermelon (2 pieces)
  2. Yoghurt (half cup)
  3. Honey (I teaspoon)
  4. Black salt (a pinch)

How to prepare yogurt watermelon smoothie

  1. Remove the peel and seeds of the watermelon.
  2. Crush 2 pieces of watermelon in the household juicer.
  3. Add the required amounts of yogurt, honey and black salt.
  4. Mix well using a mixer.
  5. Now the smoothie is ready. Serve the freshly prepared smoothie is to be served as snacks.
