Do you feel hungry all the time no matter how much you are eating in a day? Well, research says, half the time we feel hungry is actually the feeling of thirst. Yes, so next time, if you are confused with your hunger, grabbing a glass of water, might help you. If you always end up eating a lot, then possibly your leptin is not functioning properly. Leptin is a hormone in our body which tells us to stop eating. When leptin does not play it’s role enough then you need to adopt some other tricks to signal yourself to stop eating.

Visiting kids section in a shopping mall is a treat. Kids plates, cutlery aren’t they too cute? Haven’t you wish to buy them sometimes even if you don’t have one? Well, buy them for yourself. Yes, I am not kidding. Or, if it feels embarrassing to use a kid’s plate then get a small plate for yourself. Changing the size of your plate can help you to reduce your portion size without giving a feeling that you are actually eating less.

Kids generally take a lot of time to finish their meal. They share all the interesting incidence of their life when they sit to eat. And of course, parents like us get irritated with their tireless talking on the dinner table. Sometimes we get frustrated to see their talent of going slow even on a small portion of food. However, following this habit can change a lot for you especially if you are a fast eater and struggling for weight loss. All you need to do is keep all your gadgets away, take food on a smaller plate and eat slow, like really slow. Talk to people and take a double-time that you generally need to finish the food.

Eat with love and patience. You may wait for some auspicious day to start your workout for weight loss but changing eating pattern can happen right now. So what are you waiting for?
