Generally 3rd and 4th session of the program focuses on explaining and understanding the diet plan.

The program gives special attention to assist developing a healthy dietary habit. It requires lot of effort and motivation to adopt even smallest modification in daily diet. Regular guidance is provided from the 5th session to keep you on track and ensure steady progress.Therefore, if you are spending a lot of time to find fastest way to gain weight or on weight gain supplements, your search should end here. Program Detail – Diet plan for weight gain

1 month Program (total 6 sessions) : Sessions can be arranged over phone/ Skype or meeting in person

Week 1:  Two Sessions (assessment of physical status, medical history, diet history etc)

Week 2:  Two Sessions (Developing diet plan for your weight gain, understanding the diet)

Week 3:  One follow up session- Checking diet tracker

Week 4:  One follow up session- Checking diet tracker

2 / 3  month Program (total 10/14 sessions) : Sessions can be arranged over phone/ Skype or meeting in person

Week 1:  Two Sessions (assessment of physical status, medical history, diet history etc)

Week 2:  Two Sessions (Developing diet plan for your weight gain, understanding the diet)

Week 3 onward:  One follow up session once in every week  (need based modification of diet after every two weeks)

1. Does this program suggest any particular exercise?
