Patients have restrictions on protein consumption. Intake of fat is also limited for them. Therefore carbohydrate is the best option to fulfill the high energy demand.

  • Sodium restriction is must for kidney patients. Don’t add any salt while cooking. Yes, cook food without salt and then try this trick to satisfy the salt need.
