About Wellness Munch Program –
The program has been divided into 3 phases-
1. Know your body:
Each person is unique with their body type, daily activity, lifestyle, and dietary pattern. Therefore result varies from person to person. In the first 1-2 sessions, we focus to understand you and your lifestyle to develop a customized diet for you.
2. Know your food:
Following the same diet, every day is not something humanly possible. You need to have a basic understanding of food to bring diversity to your food plate. In short, it is necessary for you to know the ‘what’, ‘when’, and ‘why’ of your weight loss diet. Therefore in the 3rd session of the program is dedicated to explaining the customized diet plan.
3. Develop your dietary habit:
Bringing any change in dietary habit demand time and motivation. Most of the diet program fails because of over-enthusiasm to follow a strict diet for instant result. If you have ever followed such a diet you know exactly what I mean. Therefore getting a customized diet plan is not all that you need. There are lot of temptations of “unhealthy” foods around you. Hence, constant motivation is the major factor to develop a good eating habit. Therefore the rest of the sessions are designed to provide motivation to adopt a dietary habit to reach your goal. There is no doubt that this transformation phase is the most crucial part of the entire program. A need-based special diet will be given during the program to accelerating the process.
Duration – 3 months/ 6 months
3/6 month Program (total 14/26 sessions) :
Sessions can be arranged over phone/ video call or meeting in person
Week 1: Two Sessions (assessment of physical status, medical history, diet history, etc)
Week 2: Two Sessions (Developing diet plan, understanding your diet)
Week 3 onward: One follow up session once every week (need-based modification of diet after every two weeks) – Checking diet tracker

1. Does this program suggest any particular exercise?
We are NOT experts on suggesting exercise. However, exercise has never been an option if you are serious about your health and fitness. It’s a must for everybody. We encourage our clients to exercise as per their choice and capacity for better results.
2. Do you prescribe any commercial nutrition supplements?
You need to eat a balanced diet. Until it is absolutely necessary, we believe food is enough to heal and nourish your body.
3. How quickly shall I see result?
If you are looking for overnight results, Wellness Munch is NOT the right choice for you. We believe in a sustainable diet, not in any quick fix. Adopting healthy habits take time. This time varies from person to person. We will guide and motivate you to develop good habits to see results. Generally, it takes about 2-3 months to adopt a habit in daily life.
