Ingredients
- Potato peel (of 3 potatoes)
- Onion (1 small)
- Green chili (2 – optional)
- Semolina (1 teaspoon)
- Oil (1 tablespoon)
- Salt (as per taste)
- Turmeric ( a pinch)
Method
- Collect potato peels and wash thoroughly
- Let it dry
- Chop onion and green chili
- Heat oil
- Add onion and green chili
- Add potato peel
- Add salt and turmeric
- Stir for 3minutes
- Add semolina
- Stir well
- Close the lid and let it cook
- Sprinkle some water if needed and stir in between
- Once cooked remove the lid and stir for 2 minutes
- Serve hot with rice and dal.
