    Very comprehensive and well penned article that explains each and every aspect of betroot powder. Excellent. Only doubt is it is mentioned that betroot powder is low in calories but the nutrititive value table shows high calories for beetroot powder.

    I use 1 heaping teaspoon daily in water 2 hours after breakfast in water (shaken)
    Can I mix it with my daily intake of collagen or should it be consumed separately as I have been doing about 1 hour before lunch?
    LOVE beets and the powder increases the earthy taste I love so much about steamed beets
