Peanut butter recipe
You just need to follow two steps. Roast and grind and grind and grind and grind- that’s it.
Step 1: Roast peanuts slowly on low flame for about 5 minutes. Once you start getting the nice nutty aroma, stay cautious. Make sure you don’t burn them.
Step 2: Grind them for 2 minutes and get the peanuts in a powdered form. Stop and scrape down the sides.
Continue grinding further for 1 minute. Stop and check. The peanut butter should look dry, not exactly like butter. Scrape down the sides and add a pinch of salt and sugar(if you wish) at this point. Again grind for a minute.
Check it further and scrape down the sides. Peanut oil should start releasing at this point. Grind for the one last minute to get the creamy smooth peanut butter.
Store this yummy chemical free peanut butter in a dry clean glass jar. Keep the jar in a comparatively dark, cool place. No need to store this in the refrigerator. The peanut butter will stay fine without any preservatives for 2-3 months. Make sure to use a clean dry spoon each time you take out some butter.
